Login as a customer, choose Ask Your Questions, enter the birth details and question, then complete the secure payment flow.
Are astrologers verified?
All astrologers are carefully reviewed and verified by SMV ASTRO before being approved for consultation services.

Do I need an account?
An account is required for secure customer consultation features. You can create one from Customer Registration or the Login button.
How are astrologers selected and verified?
All astrologers are carefully reviewed and verified by SMV ASTRO before being approved for consultation services.
When will I receive my astrology answer?
After successful payment and submission, your astrology question will normally be answered within 24 hours.
Is there a refund or cancellation policy?
Payments are generally non-refundable once an accepted question enters the consultation process. If SMV ASTRO cannot provide the purchased service, a refund may be considered.
What happens if my question is not suitable for the astrology service?
Questions that are unrelated to astrology, inappropriate, abusive, or involve matters that SMV ASTRO cannot responsibly provide guidance on may be rejected. If the question is rejected before consultation is provided, the customer may be eligible for a refund, normally processed within 48 hours of the rejection decision.
Are astrology answers guaranteed?
No. Astrology is a traditional form of guidance and interpretation. It is not a guarantee of future events or outcomes. Customers are free to accept, consider, or disagree with the guidance provided.
